By going ahead and placing your advertisement on this site you warrant that:

You have legal authority to sell the property.

The property details submitted by you are accurate and do not breach the Property Misdescriptions Act 1991 (This act basically requires your description to be honest. The property details, photographs and any other materials that you submit belong to you and that the copyright lies with you. ie they must not be copied from an estate agent or other website.

You grant us copyright licence to use these materials.

You agree to indemnify us for any claims and or compensate us for any costs that may arise as result of your advertisement.

You agree not to submit any information which is obscene or offensive.

You will check that your personal contact details and property advertisement details are correct at all times and alert us if there is any problem.

OUR OBLIGATIONS

We will fulfil the obligations of our Money Back Guarantee.

We simply publish your property details on our own and our partner websites. We are not your estate agents and do not carry out any other similar agency functions.

We do not guarantee any success for you as a result of using our service.

Our liability through any negligence is limited to the cost of advertising for the most recently chargeable period.

We reserve the right to change our prices or service without prior notification.

The amount you pay is based on the agreements we have with our partner websites. Any arrangements to publish your advertisement on our partner websites may be subject to alteration or cancellation without notice for example if there are changes in service or costs imposed on us by those partner websites.

Please note that we do cannot control the format in which your property details appear on our partner websites.

We reserve the right to remove any of your details for example if they are deemed to be inaccurate or offensive or otherwise unacceptable with or without an offer of a refund.

FAILURE OF SERVICE

We will endeavour to show your advertisement as outlined but accept no liability for any interruption in the availability of our own or our partner websites.

We will try to ensure the website is running all the time. Please rest assured that without it we do not have a business. However interruptions can occur for example for technical reasons. In such instances we will endeavour to ensure that the service is restored as soon as possible.

Any refund of fees for any loss of service, temporary or permanent will be at our discretion.

Please note that we are not liable or responsible for any interruptions to your Internet service, e-mail delivery or other technical problems.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
